What it does

A no-model generator that reads venture charters, git state and memory and writes a size-capped session brief. A repo map reads live from git and the filesystem. A ledger CLI tracks hours, income and costs per venture.

How it works

  • The brief generator reads venture charters, the memory database and git state, then writes a compact brief capped at a fixed byte size.
  • The repo map scans for git repositories, reads their branch, dirty state, last commit and unpushed count, and writes a generated index.
  • The ledger CLI tracks hours, income and costs per venture. It produces a monthly report and a compact brief block.
  • All reads are live. The generated files cannot drift from reality because they are rebuilt from source each time.

Guardrails and design choices

  • The brief generator uses no model. It reads files and databases only.
  • The ledger database is opened read-only for reporting.
  • The repo map marks archived and duplicate copies so they are not edited by mistake.

Status

Live. The brief generator runs at session start. The repo map and ledger are in daily use. The ledger tracks real financial data and is never published.
