PixelForeman
A deterministic foreman loop that hands research, artwork and listing-copy tasks to tool-less AI workers with strict output schemas and per-task budget caps.

What it does
A deterministic foreman loop assigns niche-research, SVG artwork and listing-copy tasks to tool-less AI workers. Each dispatch carries a strict output schema and a per-task budget cap. A pixel-art monitor shows the factory floor. Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without human approval.
How it works
- The foreman loop assigns tasks to AI workers. Each dispatch carries no tools, no setting sources, a strict JSON output schema, and a per-dispatch budget cap.
- An agent with nothing to call cannot loop. The strict schema means malformed output is a failed dispatch, not a silently half-parsed one.
- The pipeline terminates on its own. A fixed set of seeds means a bounded maximum number of dispatches, then the factory goes idle waiting on a human.
- Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without approval. A red station in the monitor waits for approve or reject.
- The budget cap counts dispatches, not dollars. The count is enforced at start, not on completion.
Guardrails and design choices
- Workers have no tools at all. An agent with nothing to call cannot loop.
- Each dispatch carries a strict output schema and a per-task budget cap.
- Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without human approval.
- The pipeline terminates on its own after a bounded number of dispatches.
Status
Built and in use. The pipeline runs to completion on its own, then waits at the approval station in the monitor until a person approves or rejects.
